		<description>Good point you bring up about wasting storage in that people don't know how to properly store the excess.   Do you have suggestions/ideas for this?  Would it be wise to purchase smaller packages for one time use?  

At a personal preparedness meeting I attended, one suggestion was to purchase the small packets of condiments (mayo, ketchup, etc) so that there is no waste... especially in the event that the refrigeration is out.</description>
