    According to a poll question currently running on my site during October, if money were no object, many would buy long term storage food. Though it’s hard to know for sure, I’d guess results wouldn’t have gone that way just a few months ago.

    Freeze dried food is amazing for backpacking. I’ll never go back to carrying heavy cans of food on my back if it’s available as freeze dried.
